Anna understands the challenges of balancing work and family life. Her journey started when she struggled to find fitness solutions that catered to her busy schedule. Anna's mission is rooted in her own experiences of overcoming overwhelm and finding a sustainable path to health.

Rewind to when I was on maternity leave with my first child, struggling to find time for my favourite boxing classes. Unable to find online workouts that fit my needs, I created my own solution—Boxx. It was about prioritising myself while balancing motherhood. Fast forward seven years, Boxx has helped thousands get stronger physically and mentally, but even as the founder of a fitness brand, I struggled with consistency.
