THE WORKOUT

Intense (non-contact) shadowboxing combined with high intensity interval training with no bags, no pads and no ring. It’s just you, a pair of 1kg dumbbells and our expert instructors coaching you through a series of 3 minute relentless rounds.

THE METHOD

We appreciate each body is unique and every goal is different which is why we have split our workouts into 3 target areas: full body, lower body and upper body so you can tailor make your workout plan to get you the best results. It is up to you how often you wish to (or can) workout but for optimal results we recommend at least 3 times per week.
