The Ingredients
40g Oats
1 scoop vanilla plant based protein
1tsp Cinnamon
100g Egg Whites
30g Blueberries
25g Almond butter
The Method
Mix together the oats, protein and
cinnamon. Pour over egg whites and
cover with water.
Microwave for 1-2mins OR cook on the
hob for 3-5mins.
Serve with blueberries and almond
butter on top.
